Support the Credit Union Coalition's Annual Food Drive Campaign!

After a year like no other, the last thing a child should have to worry about when heading into summer is how their family is going to find the meals they used to get at school.

During the school year, nearly 40 percent of public school students in Hawaii are eligible for free lunch or reduced-cost meals at school.

However, with school out, many of these students go hungry. Many keiki lose one of their most reliable, consistent sources of food during these long summer months. But that doesn't mean they have to go hungry.

As families continue to get back on their feet in the wake of COVID-19, Hawaii Foodbank will help make sure they have meals on the table. You can help, too. By making a gift to Hawaii Foodbank, you help support our Food 4 Keiki programs like Feeding Our Future, which distributes summer lunches to keiki in need. This year, we expect to provide roughly 10,000 summer lunches through Feeding Our Future.

Please support the Credit Union Coalition with your donations!  Our campaign runs from June 1 through July 31 and has raised over $7,800 to date. Our goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of our campaign. We need your support! Even if your credit union does not have a fundraising portal, please encourage your staff and volunteers to make donations to any of the credit union portals on our coalition page.

Together, we can work to ensure no one in our Hawaii 'ohana goes hungry!

Make your donation today on any one of the participating credit unions’ portals. The Credit Union Coalition thanks everyone for their generosity in helping to #NourishOurOhana.
