Maui County FCU employees and members volunteered 72 hours of community service to nonprofit organizations Maui Food Bank and Feed My Sheep.

On April 22, credit union volunteers helped Maui Food Bank sort donated food. They quality checked donated items to insure each was not expired, rusted, or dented. They were able to sort through a pallet and four shopping carts full of donated items.

The credit union continued its community service on April 24 at Feed My Sheep, an organization that distributes food to families in need every weekend. Each person in the family receives a bag full of fresh produce, plus canned goods, pasta, rice, and meat. The credit union volunteers helped distribute food to over 90 families.
