The 2020 Credit Union Salary and Benefits Survey was sent to credit unions on July 9. The survey was a collaboration between Hawaii Employers Council (HEC) and Hawaii Credit Union League (HCUL).

This survey is confidential with limited distribution—only participants will receive a copy of the full report.

As survey administrator, HEC will distribute all survey information for participation and all data will be submitted to HEC only.  All responses will be treated confidentially, and survey results will be presented in a manner that guards the identification of participants.  All survey results will be reported as aggregate information, ensuring all safe harbor guidelines are followed.

What are the benefits of this partnership?:

  • Survey participants must be a member of Hawaii Employers Council or the Hawaii Credit Union League;
  • The number of survey participants have increased, providing a more comprehensive understanding of pay and benefits within the Credit Union Industry in Hawaii;
  • Fifty-nine jobs specific to the Credit Union community will be surveyed;
  • In addition to pay data the survey will cover Benefit Plans and Practices, Merit/Pay Adjustments, Turnover and more.

Last year, the 2019 Credit Union Survey reported compensation data for 52 jobs with data shared from 32 credit unions.

Your survey data should be submitted by Friday, August 7, 2020. Questions? Please contact Tracy Aiwohi at the League.
