I hope that you, your families, and team members are safe and healthy. Now that we’ve entered hurricane season, we want to share that the safety of our clients, team members, and communities remains our top priority.

The hurricane season, which is already underway, lasts until November 30. Areas along the Gulf Coast, Southeast and mid-Atlantic states may be especially vulnerable this year as COVID-19 has placed a significant strain on disaster management and healthcare systems.

Our business continuity plans are in place as always, and those related to storm preparedness are robust. A few specific areas to note include:

  • Safeguarding your critical information at all times
  • Ongoing proactive inspection and protection of facilities and service vehicles
  • Ensuring that security and protection systems are in good working order

You will continue to receive clear and prompt communication from us before, during and after the threat of a hurricane in your area.

Please let us know if you have any unique needs related to hurricane preparation or any other needs related to managing or governing your information. Hawaii credit unions can contact Blake Kiyabu at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
