Mark Arnold talks vision and values

In the midst of a crisis, it can be difficult to balance member’s immediate needs with the long-term plans and goals for your brand. Mark Arnold, founder and CEO of On The Mark Strategies shares some important themes he thinks credit unions should keep in mind when communicating with their members and teams.

 

Arnold believes marketing will never be the same following COVID-19 and explains what credit unions should be doing to build a brand that’s “consistent, clear, and unique” going forward. His recommendation is to start by writing down what makes your credit union different in six or less words.
