The regulatory requirements don't always provide exceptions or flexibility for website, online, and social media advertisements. However, when they do, using those exceptions and flexibility can greatly enhance campaign effectiveness. This training session will explain the regulatory requirements in plain English to assist you in developing compliant online advertising campaigns.

In addition to the regulatory requirements, you'll learn best practices to avoid allegations of unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices in online advertisements. Examples of trigger terms and required additional disclosures will be used to explain and explore regulatory requirements and proper use of the "one click" rule.
