Farmers Insurance Hawaii suspends walk-up service at any of its locations

With concerns about the Corona virus (COVID-19), we are taking steps to help protect the health and safety of our customers and employees, while continuing to provide you the best possible service. To reduce the spread of the virus, and to do our part to encourage social distancing as recommended by the CDC, we have decided to limit our in-person services as much as possible.

Therefore, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, we will no longer be allowing walk-up service at any of our locations.

With this in mind, Farmers Hawaii is dedicated to offering a variety of service options to help you manage your auto insurance policy.

File Claims remotely – If you need to file a claim, you can do so online through or by calling 1-808-544- 3999. Our claims representatives have online tools to help them assist customers throughout the claims process. Should your claim require an in-person visit, we are closely monitoring and applying the most up to date CDC guidelines and recommendations.

24x7 online self-service for managing your account
Take advantage of and our Mobile App equip to handle many of your needs remotely. Should you need to access your ID card, review your policy documents, pay a bill or make policy changes you can do so using these self-service tools.

  • Over the phone: 1-888-437-3870
  • Mail-in payment via USPS
  • Visit a MoneyGram counter at all Longs and Walmart locations in the state of Hawaii. There is a $1.99 fee for each transaction and you must bring a valid I.D. and your policy number.

If you experience hardship as a result of COVID -19, please call 1.888.437.3870 during our operating hours (Monday – Friday 7AM-7PM PST & Saturday 7AM-6PM PST) to review your policy and particular circumstances.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make additional adjustments as needs arise. Rest assured we are putting measures in place to help take care of our employees as well so they can continue to best serve you during this difficult time.
