Your frontline employees are a critical component at the credit union. Not just a friendly face for members, these employees need to know security procedures, current regulations, and how laws apply to different types of accounts.  They must identify currency by portraits and trace the flow of checks and share drafts.

This workshop will help you unleash your Frontline Superpowers – from compliance to discovering member needs and offering the right solutions with credit union products and services.

Your instructor is Cherese Maio, learning and development specialist at Hawaii State FCU.  She has been in the financial industry for 27 years.  Her experience covers both frontline branch and back office operations in areas of teller, new accounts, branch management and training & development.  Her current responsibilities include training and education and employee relations throughout the credit union.  Maio has earned several certifications in sales, service, leadership, effective communication, organizational culture and team building.
