New Sprint Marketing Campaign assets have launched and are available in the Partner Center.

Quarter 1 2020 is in full swing so please make sure you complete your Q1 Sprint & TurboTax marketing requirements by March 31. (You must market Sprint in each quarter to be eligible to receive Sprint revenue.)

Important Dates

February 29, 2020

Sprint revenue share will be paid via ACH deposit to credit unions compliant with their marketing requirements.

March 31, 2020

Q1 2020 Sprint marketing must be executed by March 31, 2020 to be eligible to receive Sprint revenue for that quarter.

April 15, 2020

Tax Day - Be sure to keep those TurboTax banners posted on your web and mobile sites promoting the credit union member discount.

Love My Credit Union Rewards Powersports & RV Buying Program

Tax Season Is In Full Swing!

Tax season is in full swing and many of your members are starting their taxes.

Since the IRS began accepting returns on January 27, please remember to keep the TurboTax credit union member discount front and center for your members. Based on national stats, it's likely that 25% of your members who file taxes are using TurboTax, so don't let them miss out on the savings.

FREE marketing materials are available in the Partner Center to help you promote the discount to your members. We have recently added new social media copy and a variety of new images you can use on your different social media platforms.

Top Marketing Recommendations to Build Member Awareness:

  • Send dedicated TurboTax emails to your members
    • If you missed sending an email to your members in January, it’s not too late!
    • You can send emails on Feb. 5, Feb 17 and April 8
    • Let us help you with our new Email Service available for this tax season.
  • Promote the TurboTax credit union member discount on your social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Place a TurboTax banner on your Homepage, Online/Home Banking pages, Mobile Site/App
  • Include a TurboTax article in your newsletter promoting the member discount
  • Place a TurboTax banner on your e-statements

Thank you for helping maintain the growth and success of the Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards program.

As of year-end, we had a total of 2 million members on the program and over $65M was deposited into credit union member accounts.

For credit unions partnered on the Sprint program, we will be issuing revenue share for each eligible new line activated by a member of your credit union in 2019.

To be eligible for 2019 Sprint revenue share, documentation of completed quarterly marketing communications must be provided to Client Support by Friday, February 7th. To check the status of your 2019 marketing efforts, please view your Marketing Audit Report.

2019 Sprint revenue share will be paid via ACH deposit at the end of February. To submit your ACH registration, or to update your

ACH account information that has already been submitted, please visit the Partner Center and click on the ACH Registration button. If your credit union generated revenue, a revenue distribution statement and email will be sent to your credit union 1-2 days prior to the deposit.

We are excited to announce our new 2020 Sprint marketing campaign featuring the national Sprint spokesperson we all know from television, Paul Marcarelli.

Sprint has invested millions of dollars making Paul the official face of their brand, so when your members see Paul, half the communication is already done. We expect this strong brand awareness to drive outstanding results for your marketing efforts this year.

Paul will be replacing our “unofficial” spokesperson, Melvin the puppet, so we are developing and releasing all new creative for the new campaign.

The NEW Paul Winter campaign is now available in the Partner Center, which includes:

  • Newsletter
  • Social media

How Can I Easily Update My Sprint Marketing Materials?

  • If you are using our HTML coded Sprint web banners, there is nothing you need to do as the banners have automatically been updated.
  • If you are not using HTML coded banners, please visit our Sprint Marketing Materials page in the Partner Center to access the new web banners.
  • We recommend you conduct a quick search of your website for "Sprint" to ensure you have the latest messaging, logos, and updated links.
