Credit unions are here to help you
The leaders of Hawaii’s credit unions continue to monitor the latest updates regarding coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Your credit union is here to help with any financial services you need during these difficult times.

Access to your money
At many credit unions, the safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this pandemic is through online banking services. If your credit union offers online and/or mobile banking, now is a great time to sign up! Call your credit union for more information.

If you need to visit your credit union’s branches, please check for any changes in business hours. Using drive through service or ATMs is being encouraged.

If you’ve been financially impacted by this pandemic, contact your credit union to discuss your options and help guide you through these uncertain times. Member-owned credit unions are here to support you now, more than ever.

Protect yourself from cyber scams
It is important to note that your credit union will NEVER ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information over the phone. You can review the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams.

We’re here if you need any additional assistance
