Loan Assistant  
Under the direction of the Assistant Loan Manager supports the loan-making function of the Loan Department by providing efficient and effective loan services to our internal/external members and potential members and assisting with the audit functions to ensure proper order of loan documents and set-up of all loans, with a strong emphasis in mortgage loan products. Ideal candidate shall possess at least 1 years' experience in a similar capacity with financial institution background.

Assistant Branch Manager - Pearl City Branch
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, assists the manager in managing all activities at the branch including management, training, security, operations, and member services. The successful candidate shall possess a college degree with at least four (4) years of operations experience with a financial institution, or equivalent education and experience; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.  This position is for the new “Model” branch and will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and will require a physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby.

Operation Support Services Representative
Under the direction of the Senior Operation Support Services Representative and Operation Support Services Manager, assist members and internal members via telephone and other communication channels by providing prompt, quality, efficient and accurate member services and cross-sell products and services available. The successful candidate shall possess at least 1 (one) year experience in a similar job function and responsibilities with a financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience.  Must have a working knowledge of computers. Must be able to communicate effectively and a positive image verbally and in writing to internal and external members.

Member Relations Representative (Relief-Kapolei homebase)
Under the direction of the Branch Manager; provides quality and efficient member service by processing various transactions, by opening new accounts, completing loan applications/loan closings and other credit union services.  Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs.  Will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and meet physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby. Must be able to travel from branch to branch with no advance notice, and must be able to operate standard and advanced office equipment, including phone, personal computer, Tablet, mobile devices, copier, fax, etc. Successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a High school diploma or equivalent with experience in a credit union or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience with a minimum of six (6) months cash handling and retail experience.

Call Center Representative
Under the direction of the Senior Call Center Representative and Call Center Manager, assist members via telephone and other communication channels providing prompt, quality, efficient and accurate member services and cross-sell products and services available. Ideal candidate shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) years' experience in similar position with a financial institution, or equivalent education or work experience; must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.

Credit Representative
Under the direction of the Credit Manager, the Credit Representative notifies and/or locates members with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment. Successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years' experience in a similar job function and responsibilities with a financial institution, credit union, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have working knowledge of computers with emphasis in Microsoft Office; and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Member Relations Representative/Member Relations Officer – Kahala  
Under the direction of the Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by opening new accounts, completing loan applications, and other credit union services.  Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 years’ experience in new accounts at a credit union or similar type of financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office

Under the general direction of the Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by opening new accounts and consumer and mortgage loan requests. Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 (two) years' experience as a loan officer or 2 (two) years' in new accounts at a credit union or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. This position is for the new “Model” branch and will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and will require a physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby.

Loan Officer
Under the direction of the Loan Manager examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval and/or denial of member applications for lines of credit, consumer, mortgage, or credit card loans, and provides financial counseling while incorporating the credit unions business plan. The ideal candidate shall possess at least three (3) years' experience as a loan officer in a credit union, or similar type of financial institution. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
