Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Responsible for performing mortgage loan support services including assisting members with questions, processing payments and adjustments, disbursing property tax and insurance payments, conducting an annual escrow analysis, reconciling tax reporting for mortgage interest, preparing investor reports, and completing basic accounting and clerical duties.  Tracks and obtains proof of insurance as required on member loans.  Maintains departmental records and files and types routine reports and records.  Assists or refers members as necessary.


  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • General understanding of mortgage loans
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Two years prior experience in accounting or mortgage servicing
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Well organized

Assistant Branch Manger

Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of Branch operations.  Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.  Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members.  Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served.  Acts as Branch Manager as necessary. 


  • High school graduate or equivalent. College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Two to five years of related operations and supervisory experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and policies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to integrity, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements 
  • Understanding of Teller/Member Service Representative functions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work any branch hours and any of our locations, including weekends and some evenings

Member Services Representative

Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing member’s banking transactions and basic account maintenance.  Able to open and update member accounts with ability to cross sell credit union consumer products.  Handle other duties as assigned.  Must comply with all established policies, procedures and regulations.  Prior experience in a financial institution and cash handling preferred.


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in working with computers
  • Excellent attitude and work ethic
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and when necessary, before and after normal work hours

Marketing Associate

Supports Marketing manager in executing various marketing programs.  Creates and designs posters, newsletters and other informational material for distribution through marketing channels, websites and hard copy collateral.  Must be creative, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.


  • Proficient with Adobe software and Photoshop
  • Minimum 2 years prior marketing experience
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred

Collections Manager

Responsible for performing collection activities on delinquent accounts.  Regularly follows up with members to achieve payment resolution while maintaining good member relations and minimizing losses.  Documents all actions taken to collect payment.  Adheres to all policies, procedures and laws.  Assists in other areas as needed. 


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiating and resolving conflicts
  • Experience in handling repossessions and court proceedings
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in collections, previous mortgage loan and foreclosure experience desirable
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
