Senior Credit Representative
Under the general direction of the Credit Manager, the Senior Credit Representative will assist in directing and managing all activities of the Credit Department including management, training, operations, and member service. The successful candidate will have a College Degree in Business with at least 3 (three) years' experience in job related capacity or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must have knowledge of the FCU Act and Bylaws, general Credit and Lending Rules and Regulations, with specific emphasis on collection and bankruptcy laws. Must have a working knowledge of computers with emphasis on Microsoft Office.

Assistant Branch Manager - Pearlridge Branch
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, assists the manager in managing all activities at the branch including management, training, security, operations, and member services with the credit unions business plan incorporated. The successful candidate shall possess a college degree with at least 4 years of operational service with a financial institution, or equivalent education and experience; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.

Compliance Specialist
Under the general direction of the Compliance Officer, in accordance with the credit union's compliance programs, is responsible for assisting in the management of the operational duties of the compliance department; and working with other department management to ensure the credit union is in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have college coursework in subject related with at least one - two years' experience in job related capacity or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Credit Representative
Under the direction of the Credit Manager, the Credit Representative notifies, and/or locates members with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment. The ideal candidate shall possess a High School diploma or equivalent with two (2) years' experience in a similar job function and responsibilities with a financial institution, credit union, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers. Must be able to communicate effectively and a positive image verbally and in writing to internal and external members.

Member Relations Representative/Member Relations Officer – Kaneohe and Pearlridge Branch
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by processing various transactions, by opening new accounts, completing loan applications/loan closings, and other credit union services. Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 (two) years' experience as a loan officer, or 2 (two) years' in new accounts at a credit union or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. This position is for the new “Model” branch and will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch, and will require a physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby.

Member Relations Officer – Kapolei Branch
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by opening new accounts and consumer and mortgage loan requests. Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. Successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 years’ experience as a loan officer or 2 years in new accounts at a financial institution, or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.

Operation Support Services Representative
Under the direction of the Senior Operation Support Services Representative and the Operation Support Services Manager, assist members and internal members via telephone and other communication channels by providing prompt, quality, efficient and accurate member services and cross sell products and services available. Successful candidate shall possess at least 1 year experience in a similar job function and responsibilities with a financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers. Must be able to communicate effectively and a positive image verbally and in writing to internal and external members.
