Please join us at Hawaii Credit Union League's 82nd Convention. We are taking the convention online in 2021, utilizing a Virtual Event Platform that will allow us to present a meaningful and memorable event in an online environment. The convention will feature educational sessions and contributing sponsor sites to view from the comfort and safety of your home or office.
Annual Convention Theme: Renewed Commitment
Our theme for the 82nd Convention is Renewed Commitment. Abraham Lincoln once said, “Commitment is what transforms a promise into reality.” Events of the year 2020 forever changed the global, national, and local landscape. Throughout the year, credit unions faced uncharted waters with a renewed commitment to helping members. This commitment continues every day.

About The Virtual Experience
The obvious benefits of online, virtual learning are time and cost savings. You don’t need to board a plane and travel to the event destination. Honestly, between waiting in line at the check-in kiosks and enduring TSA, airport experiences are less than festive. In keeping with safety guidelines, your League is presenting its 82nd Convention as an online event April 8-9, 2021.
The pandemic prompted, work-from-home reality has proved you don’t need to be in a physical branch office to be productive. In the same way, you don’t need to drink hotel coffee, tote your branded swag bag around a convention hall, or sit in a break out session room (most likely in the back row) to have a relevant learning experience. The convention will also feature sponsor sites featuring contributing vendors.

Creating Extraordinary Member Experiences If you’re telling a story about an experience you’ve had, you’ll ignore most of what happened and focus instead on a few particular moments. In this session, we’ll discover the four key elements in creating special, defining moments through a streamlined journey mapping process. There are so many opportunities to elevate experiences for your members – let’s discover how together! |
