 Contributing Sponsorship
Contributing sponsor site is solely for the company whose name appears on the vendor application and agreement.

Contributing Sponsorship

Logo and link to website must be emailed to HCUL Member Relations Officer, Becky Jandoc at becky.jandoc@hcul.org no later than January 12, 2021 to guarantee placement on your sponsor site.

  • Color vendor logo:
    • Must be NO LESS than 300 Pixels wide (height proportionate to width).
    • Logo must be high resolution (100 dpi) and in a .jpg format.
    • Logo must be in color (RGB) (because it will be online, not printed).
  • Vendor website link

Face Masks

  • One exclusive sponsorship available.
  • Provide 400 pre-packaged face masks at sponsor's expense to include in credit union attendees convention bags.
    Must be received by HCUL no later than January 22, 2021.

General Educational Sessions

  • Five exclusive sponsorships are available.
  • Opportunity to present brief statement highlighting business benefits and introduce speaker.
  • May provide 400 copies of one-page marketing piece at sponsor's expense to include in credit union attendees convention bags.
    Must be received by HCUL no later than January 22, 2021. 

Convention Snacks

  • Six non-exclusive sponsorships are available.
  • A gift card will be included in each of the credit union attendee convention bag acknowledging contributing sponsors.

Contributing Sponsorship Opportunities

  • One complimentary convention registration.
  • Listed in vendor directory included in credit union attendees convention bags.
  • May provide 400 pieces of one specific item for attendees convention bags.
    Appropriate small items include pens, note pads, microfiber cloth screen cleaners, etc. (NO liquids).
    Requires final approval from HCUL; you will receive confirmation by December 30, 2020.
    If interested, specify item when completing your application.  Must be received by HCUL no later than January 22, 2021.
