2021 Vendor Opportunities

Hawaii Credit Union League 82nd convention will be hosted on a virtual event platform in 2021, utilizing technologies that will allow us to present a meaningful and memorable event. The virtual convention will feature educational sessions and vendor sites for participants to view from the comfort and safety of their home or office. Vendors may participate by purchasing an exhibit and advertisement and/or contributing sponsorship(s). Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment and receipt of a completed Vendor Application and Agreement postmarked by January 4, 2021.

Payment required by VISA or MasterCard for online registration.
All vendors must have a valid email address and password to register online.

Verification of new accounts may take up to 24 hours before you can register online.

Important Deadlines

January 4, 2021
  • Deadline to submit Vendor Application and Agreement with full payment.
January 12, 2021
  • Advertisement:  submit advertisement.
  • Exhibit and advertisement: submit advertisement, color company logo, description of product and services, links to video, brochure, website, and representative email.
  • Contributing sponsorship: submit color company logo and link to website.
January 22, 2021
  • Exhibit and sponsorship preapproved convention bag giveaways must be received by Hawaii Credit Union League to include in convention bags.
  • General educational session sponsors only, may submit 400 one-page printed marketing piece to include in convention bags.
March 5, 2021
  • Complete virtual convention registration for participating representatives.


Hawaii Credit Union League is a not-for-profit trade association currently serving 50 credit unions in Hawaii and six associate members in Alaska, California, Guam, and Yap.
