PatrickAdamsPatrick Adams never met a paradigm he wouldn't like to change. He helps audiences question the "because-we've-always-done-it-that-way" mentality and develops real-world solutions. He emphasizes the importance of service and quality through all delivery systems and challenges audiences to accept and adapt to change...no matter how painful. Adams has devoted over 25 years to the credit union movement and served as executive vice president of St. Louis Community Credit Union for more than 15 years. He also held various positions at other large Missouri credit unions and helped the Missouri League develop numerous programs and projects. 

Dorie FitchettDorie Fitchett is the Regulatory Officer at Hawaii Credit Union League and has over four decades of experience working for and serving the needs of Hawaii’s credit unions. She assists credit unions with regulatory compliance activities, which includes publishing the weekly InfoSight eNewsletter, conducting Bank Secrecy Act training, and researching answers to specific compliance questions. Fitchett is certified as a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS).

GillChris Gill is Senior Director of Global Advisory Services and responsible for leading Diebold Nixdorf’s advisory services delivery business which assists financial institution clients on topics related to branch transformation, customer experience, technology adoption, channel optimization and efficiency improvement.  With more than 25 years of experience in retail banking and strategy consulting, he advises financial institutions on how to transform the branch customer experience, increase operational efficiencies, leverage branch technology and digital solutions and drive sales.  Gill has led engagements for more than 250 financial institutions in the U.S. Canada, Latin America, South Africa, Middle East and Europe, and is a leading subject matter expert on retail banking, having presented to more than 400 institutions.

GilmeisterMary Gilmeister is the President of WACHA (The Premier Payments Resource) and an Accredited ACH Professional and a National Check Professional.  She is also President of Payment Advisory Resource (PAR) a subsidiary of WACHA.  Gilmeister has served on the National ACH Association, Marketing Committee, the NACHA Board of Directors and chaired a Nation Wide Direct Deposit Campaign in 1998 and participated on the Federal Debit Collection Improvement Act of 1996.  In addition she has chaired many national rule making committees for NACHA and has served on many panels. Gilmeister has participated in developing a program with the State Bar Association of Wisconsin and participated on a program for the state to change legislation on Financial Elder Abuse. Gilmeister speaks at the NACHA conference and other conferences nationwide and trains the state and FDIC examiners.

HouleSteven Houle, CFA, FRM is Vice President, Advisory Service of Catalyst Corporate FCU and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Advisory Service and setting its long-term strategic direction. He also works directly with credit unions to assist them with their strategic financial and investment management endeavors.  Houle joined the Catalyst Strategic Solutions team in 2006. Previously, he worked at Concentra Financial, where he was responsible for managing the investment and derivative portfolios of client financial institutions, including credit unions, in Western Canada. His other key roles included analyzing interest rate risk simulation results and key performance indicators of client credit unions and recommending appropriate strategies while considering the balance sheet positions and the economic environment.

DewittJones1Dewitt Jones has earned the reputation as a world-class photojournalist by capturing images from around the globe for National Geographic for the past twenty years.  As a motion picture director, he had two documentary films nominated for Academy Awards before he was 30 years old. His presentations as a sought-after speaker are genuine and truly outstanding. He has produced seven best-selling video training programs, which are used every day by corporations, schools, churches, hospitals, and consultants. He inspires thousands to find their “next right answer” and to “celebrate what’s right with the world”! Jones has published nine books including California! and John Muir’s High Sierra. His most recent book, The Nature of Leadership, was created in collaboration with Stephen R. Covey.

Patrick McElheniePatrick McElhenie is Director, Product Management for CUNA Mutual Group’s Lender Development Program. In this role he is responsible for product strategy development, strategy execution, and overall program management. He joined CUNA Mutual Group in 1998. Prior to his current role, McElhenie served as the Corporate Sales Planner responsible for sales strategy development and execution for CUNA Mutual Group’s Lending Products and Solutions. Other positions held include Regional Sales Manager for CUNA Mutual Group’s Central Region, Manager of Business Development for the Midwest Marketing Division and Assistant Vice President-Solutions Training, where his team was responsible for product and process knowledge training for the business-to-business solution groups within CUNA Mutual Group.

SantucciFrank Santucci is the Managing Director of ALM and Regulatory at First Empire and has been working with credit unions for more than 35 years.  He is the principal author of Balance Sheet Management Services’ ALM model, a comprehensive and cost-effective service engineered specifically for credit unions.  An authority on issues impacting the credit union industry, he provides balance sheet and portfolio intelligence about ALM-related policies, investment objectives and regulatory responsibilities. Santucci is also a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences on asset liability management and risk management topics.  

MikeSchenkMike Schenk is Deputy Chief Advocacy Officer for Policy Analysis & Chief Economist for Credit Union National Association.  He has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined CUNA in 1992.  He conducts economic research and supports CUNA's public relations and advocacy efforts. His analyses regularly appear in trade publications such as Credit Union Magazine. Schenk also is a frequent contributor to the financial media.  He serves on the board of Summit Credit Union in Madison, Wisconsin - a $3 billion financial cooperative with over 160,000 members and Board Chair and has Chaired the credit union's Asset-Liability Management and Risk Management/Internal Audit Committees.  Prior to joining CUNA, Schenk served in director-level positions in the mutual fund and savings institution industries.

ScottDavid Scott is Assistant Vice President of ALM Consulting and responsible for working with credit union clients to analyze their balance sheets and identify areas of asset-liability management (ALM) risk and opportunity. He delivers comprehensive risk analysis, reporting, scenario testing, strategic planning and education to clients to assist with their interest rate risk management and ALM process. These services help credit unions improve their ALM risk management practices and comply with rigorous regulatory requirements.  Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Balance Sheet Solutions, he was a Senior Interest Rate Risk Consultant at the Financial Solutions Group of Western Corporate FCU. 

SilvaJordan Silva is a technology lover, automation and process nerd, and in his free time, the Director of Operations for Integration Technologies, a leading Managed Services Provider in Honolulu.  Working in the managed services space has given him a unique perspective on IT. From credit unions to hotels, engineering firms to law offices and everything in between, the exposure to technical challenges and security concerns across a broad spectrum of industries allows for the development of scalable and cost effective solutions to every day IT challenges. Silva is recognized as an industry expert in pro-active IT approaches and is a frequent writer and speaker on the subject.

ZahariasAndy Zaharias is Senior Vice President Sales responsible for customer relationship management and product sales. He has 31 years of experience in the financial and retail market segments,where he has gained experience with software quality assurance, installation and support at large dataprocessing companies. He joined MVi in 1997 with a strong technology background and is dedicated toproviding our customers with world-class products and services. Zaharias has technical industry certifications from Microsoft, IBM, HP Enterprise, Dell, Laserfiche, as well as others. In his spare time you  will find him in the outdoors looking for his next adventure.
