Refunds & Cancellations
All refunds will be processed after the convention, less a $25 processing fee per registration, and all requests must be received in writing no later than March 15, 2019.  Cancellations are non-refundable after March 15, however, substitutions are welcome at any time.  All requests for refunds and substitutions must be sent to Wendy Kishida at HCUL via fax at 808.945.0019 or email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
