Ann Brode

Ann Brode is owner/CEO of Brode Consulting Services, Inc.  She began her banking career in 1973 and has continued her service to regional and community banks through a wide range of areas including strategic planning, lending, deposits, marketing, training, and management; both as a banker and as a consultant.  As a well-respected presenter, Ann has spoken to banking audiences across the country for over 25 years and regularly speaks at banking conventions. She has presented sessions for numerous state associations; ABA; BAI; ICBA; and, has taught at the School of Banking Administration at the University of Wisconsin and numerous state banking schools. She is the author of The Bank Deposit Documentation Manual for Front-Line Personnel, published by Bankers Publishing Company and is well-published in numerous banking publications. Ann completed her BBA and MBA through Kent State University.

dawn kincaid

Dawn Kincaid is a compliance consultant at Brode Consulting services.  She began her banking career while attending Ohio State University.  She has 16 years’ experience in client service, operations, information technology, administrative and board relations, marketing, and compliance.  Most recently Dawn served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for a central-Ohio-based community bank, where she created and refined policies and procedures, conducted self-audits and risk assessments, and organized implementation of new products and services.  Dawn has served in the roles of Compliance, BSA/AML, CRA, Privacy, and Security Officer.  She has led training initiatives, prepared due diligence information, completed a variety of regulatory applications, and coordinated internal and external audits and exams.

Molly Stull
is a compliance consultant at Brode Consulting Services.  She began her financial career on the teller line while working on her undergraduate degree and has continued working in the financial industry ever since.  She has experience working in numerous support areas including compliance, audit, wire, deposit operations and mortgage quality control as well as working with institutions to correct matters that require attention. Throughout these experiences she has gained a wealth of banking knowledge. She has activated business resumption plans, performed secondary market quality control reviews, processed wires, filed SAR’s, developed board approved policies and conducted training on all levels.  Her favorite role has always been to educate banking staff on whatever subject is currently the hot agenda item.  She strongly believes that if the staff understands the “why” of a process, they will be more compelled to follow the procedures.  Her wealth of financial experience enables her to relate to the client and perform in depth reviews.
