Your frontline staff are some of the most important people at your credit union, as they are the first people your members see.  As a result they are the “face” of your credit union.  Is your staff educated on the basics of ACH to help better answer your members questions and deal with any problems or issues?  Unfortunately, many times we overlook the importance of providing staff the basic training needed.  This workshop will be a hands-on training focusing on the basics of ACH and the related rules and regulations to provide your frontline staff with the tools to help them answer questions regarding ACH and send your members away with an exceptional experience.  This workshop will include:

  • ACH basics of the participants and flow of ACH
  • The different types of transactions sent through the ACH Network
  • An overview of the rules and regulations that must be considered when resolving members issues
  • The difference between a stop payment, authorization revoked and unauthorized transactions
  • The basics of government payments
