ALOHA AND WELCOME TO THE ONLINE REGISTRATION

The annual Lending Compliance School has been changed to a two-day virtual seminar on February 23 & 24.  There will be six 45-minute sessions followed by a 15-minute break between sessions and a 60-minute break for lunch each day.  The first day will focus on consumer lending topics to include Truth-in-Lending Act, Card Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, lending to active duty servicemembers, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and UDAAP.  The second day will focus on real estate lending to include mortgage loan originator fundamentals, lifecycle of a mortgage loan application, underwriting/closing and servicing, special loans, HMDA, and Fair Housing Act.

This seminar will be presented on the Zoom web conference platform that encourages each attendee to have a computer with video (web cam), audio (speakers and microphone), and internet access.  A link will be sent to all registered attendees three days prior to the seminar.
